Returns

All sales are final. Please email us at hello@sunmeestudio.com if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You may qualify for an exchange or a refund if you receive a damaged or incorrect product. To be eligible for an exchange or refund, please notify Sun Mee Studio at hello@sunmeestudio.com within 5 business days of receiving your item, so that we can evaluate and address the issue.

If your exchange or refund is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange or refund will not be accepted. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the exchange or refund is fully approved.

If approved for exchange, Sun Mee Studio will send out a replacement item within 2 - 3 weeks of approval date. If approved for refund, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. You will be refunded for the cost of the item plus any applicable sales tax. You will not be refunded for any shipping charges. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund back to your original form of payment.

NOTE: International packages may qualify for our exchange policy, however Sun Mee Studio is not responsible for any international taxes and/or expenses upon return of item.
